  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7-10 business days of Volition Freewill Apparel receiving your item, please:

    2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
